AHU service & overhauling
Inspection, filter replacement, coil cleaning, belt alignment, motor checks and performance restoration.

ADVYTHA keeps air conditioning and HVAC plant running for commercial buildings, malls, hospitals, IT infrastructure and homes. Every job is diagnosed, measured and documented, so the next failure is prevented and not just repaired.
From coil to plant
On a large building the coil does its work inside an AHU. Air is drawn through a pre-filter, cooled across the coil, cleaned again by a fine filter and pushed into the ducts by the supply fan. When any one of them is neglected, the whole floor feels it.
ADVYTHA services AHUs, installs them and builds them.
On the roof, where the plant lives
Complaint calls, breakdowns and regular maintenance, for a single split unit or a rooftop full of plant. Every visit leaves a record: what was inspected, what was measured, what was found, what was corrected and what should happen next.
Across the city
Different buildings, the same standard. Click a building, or a name below, to see what we do there.
Power reaches each site from the grid in three phases. APC sits where that supply comes in and keeps the phase order right for the plant behind it.
Offices, hotels, schools, retail, warehouses and industrial sites.
Large common areas and many tenants running on shared plant.
Patient-care areas, laboratories, OTs, critical rooms and air-handling systems.
Data centres and IT rooms, where cooling protects servers and uptime.
Temperature-critical production and storage areas.
Split, cassette, ducted and central air-conditioning systems.
New plant, replacements and retrofits
Homes: split and cassette air conditioners. Commercial sites: ducted systems and AHUs for buildings and malls, hospital and operation-theatre HVAC, cooling for IT rooms and pharmaceutical areas.
The same parts our engineers service in the field, built under the ADVYTHA name.
Fin-and-tube evaporator and condenser coils.
U-bends, hairpin tubes, headers and fittings.
Air handling units assembled around ADVYTHA coils.
Condensing units: coil, compressor, fan and enclosure, assembled in-house.
Built to the ADVYTHA name with supplier partners.
Fans and motors, built to the ADVYTHA name with supplier partners.
What we do on site
Six kinds of work cover almost every call we get, from a planned visit to a plant room that has just gone quiet.
Inspection, filter replacement, coil cleaning, belt alignment, motor checks and performance restoration.
Deep cleaning, leak testing, coil repair and airflow improvement for evaporator and condenser coils.
Fault diagnosis, electrical testing, repair support and practical replacement recommendations.
Leak detection, pressure testing, recovery, vacuuming and accurate refrigerant charging.
Planned maintenance that reduces breakdowns, improves efficiency and extends equipment life.
Responsive troubleshooting and repair support for residential, commercial and critical HVAC systems.
Annual maintenance contracts
An AMC replaces emergency calls with a plan: every unit registered, every visit scheduled, every finding on record. Pick the plan that matches how much a breakdown costs you.
For homes
Priced per unit, after a quick survey.
For commercial buildings and malls
Priced per site, after an asset audit.
For hospitals, IT infrastructure and pharma
Priced per site, after a reliability audit.
How every job runs
A technician visit should not depend on who turned up. The 99-Point Standard is one sequence for every job: inspect, measure, document, correct, recommend and close the loop.
Site and equipment identified, complaint and service history reviewed, technician assigned, safety needs noted.
Filters, belts, fan and motor condition, coil cleanliness, corrosion, drain, insulation, vibration and noise.
Supply condition, terminals, controls, contactors, protection devices, abnormal heating and phase-related observations.
Temperatures, airflow, pressure checks where appropriate, refrigerant indicators and operating behaviour.
Cleanliness, leaks, fin condition, airflow restriction, corrosion and a repair-or-replace recommendation.
Leak detection, pressure testing, recovery and vacuuming. Charging only when it is actually required.
What was repaired, adjusted, cleaned or replaced, the parts used, and before-and-after evidence.
Post-service performance check, explanation to the customer, report, recommendations and the next maintenance date.
Repeat failures are recorded and escalated so the cause gets fixed, not the symptom again.
The customer keeps the report. On an AMC, each visit adds to the history of that equipment.
Three-phase compressors, motors and pumps expect the supply in a fixed order: R, Y, B. When that order arrives reversed, equipment can run backwards or trip. APC watches the incoming sequence and corrects it automatically through contactor control, so the equipment downstream sees R-Y-B.
Proven on live sites. APC is installed and running in multiple hospitals, where it has already kept compressors and other high-value equipment from reverse-phase damage.
It is supplied as an installed system: site audit, installation, commissioning record and service from the same team.
The men in blue
That line is on the back of every ADVYTHA uniform. The people who wear it are trained engineers and technicians who work to the 99-Point Standard and leave a written report behind.
We do not just repair HVAC equipment. We help protect comfort, operations and uptime.
